As guests of the holiday apartments near our South Tyrolean farm, all-inclusive services, such as the use of the sauna area of the Kompatscherhof, are free of charge. Additionally, the playground, the playroom, and the hotel bar with a panorama terrace are at your disposal. On request, you can also book half board in the hotel restaurant.

The rates of our holiday apartments in Lüsen are per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person (also children), we charge 15.00 euros. Included in the rate: bed linen, hand and bath towels, the fully furnished kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, and the final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, excluding the local tax of 1.20 euro per night for guests 14 and over.
