To check in comfortably from home, you can simply send us your data in advance. For a faster check-out, we will be happy to send you an overview of your costs by e-mail on request. You can then pay conveniently at the reception with contactless payment.

There is sufficient disinfectant available in all areas of the hotel. All surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

By far the most beautiful nature holiday is at the Kompatscherhof! Here in the peaceful valley of Lüsen you can leave everyday life and the madding crowds far behind you and enjoy your newly won freedom. All shops, museums, and mountain railways have been reopened for you – of course the necessary safety precautions apply here, too. Guided activities and group activities are carried out in compliance with the current conditions.

At the table, in the bar, and in the restaurant, there is no obligation to wear a mask. Between the tables we maintain the necessary minimum distance of one metre. In the kitchen, as always, everything is prepared lovingly and with great care. Our employees naturally wear respiratory protection and gloves. As always, the majority of our dishes are served directly at the table.

Our ‘Stadelsauna’, aroma steam bath, and Swiss stone pine infrared cabin are of course open for you. Due to the heat and the high humidity, viruses have no chance there.
