The secret behind our excellent cuisine? Fresh, regional ingredients sourced from the immediate vicinity. Salad, herbs, and vegetables thrive right here in our garden during the summer. We source our beef and veal from local farmers and butchers whom we know personally and trust. The fresh milk comes from the neighbouring farm, and our delicious cheese and yoghurt are made by manager Gerhard using cow’s milk from the Schneider Hof farm.
