A holiday apartment in Lüsen is the perfect home-away-from-home for families with children or a group of friends and offers a great base camp for exploring the Eisack and Puster valleys. Our holiday apartments in Lüsen are located in the hamlet of Flitt, about 200 metres below the Kompatscherhof. They offer plenty of space for relaxation and a fantastic view of the mountains and the surrounding natural landscape. You can enjoy pure peace and quiet here. As guests of the holiday apartments near our South Tyrolean farm, all-inclusive services, such as the use of the sauna area of the Kompatscherhof, are free of charge. Additionally, the playground, the playroom, and the hotel bar with a panorama terrace are at your disposal. On request, you can also book half board in the hotel restaurant.
The rates of our holiday apartments in Lüsen are per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person (also children), we charge 40.00 euros. Included in the rate: bed linen, hand and bath towels, the fully furnished kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, and the final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, excluding the local tax of 2,50 euro per night for guests 14 and over.
Our cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION sounds annoying, and unfortunately, it is for all of us. It's a shame when someone doesn't show up and the rooms remain empty even though other guests would have loved to stay. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is not forfeited – you can use it for bookings/rebookings within the following 18 months. If you don't make another booking, the deposit is forfeited to our account. Cancellations made four weeks before arrival will be charged 70% of the total booked arrangement, and one week before arrival will be charged 100%. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire booked stay. We recommend travel insurance, which we offer upon booking!
