Our holiday apartments in Lüsen in the Jöppla apartment building are located in the hamlet of Flitt, about 200 metres below the Kompatscherhof. They offer plenty of space for relaxation and a fantastic view of the mountains and the surrounding natural landscape. You can enjoy pure peace and quiet here. As guests of our holiday apartments, all our inclusive services, such as the use of the sauna area at the Kompatscherhof, are free of charge. Additionally, the playground, the playroom, and the hotel bar with a panorama terrace are at your disposal. On request, you can also book half board in the hotel restaurant.
All about the rates of our holiday apartments in Italy
The rates of our holiday apartments in Lüsen are per apartment and night with an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person (also children), we charge 40.00 euros. Included in the rate: bed linen, hand and bath towels, the fully furnished kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, and the final cleaning, as well as all fees and taxes, excluding the local tax of 2,50 euro per night for guests 14 and over.
Our cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION sounds annoying and unfortunately, it is – for all of us. It’s a shame when someone doesn’t arrive and the apartments remain empty, even though other guests would have liked to come. If you cancel before arrival, your deposit is not forfeited – you can use it for bookings or rebookings within the following 18 months. If you do not make a further booking, the deposit is forfeited in our favour.
The following cancellation policy applies.
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 70% of the package price will be charged.
- From 4 weeks before arrival, in the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the package price will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel insurance – we offer you this during the booking process.
