The 16 rooms and suites at the Kompatscherhof, our lovingly run hotel with half board in South Tyrol, combine modern comfort with South Tyrolean tradition. The high-quality flooring, the room panelling, and the furniture made of local natural wood create a comfortable ambience. The panoramic windows let a lot of light into the rooms and offer a breathtaking view of the fairy-tale Alpine landscape: stretching from the Lüsen Valley to the Plose massif, across the Dolomites, or the Sarntal Alps. If you wish, you can swap your balcony for the spacious lawn. Garden, terrace, and playground are just as inviting as your room or suite. High above the Valle Isarco/Eisacktal valley, just a few kilometres away from Brixen.

Room rates of our hotel with half board in South Tyrol
Our room rates are per person and night, including half board and all our inclusive services, excluding the local tax of 2.50 euro per night for our guests 14 and over.
Children’s discounts when staying in a room with 2 full-paying adults:
- Children up to 8 years: 50% discount
- Children 9 to 17 years: 30% discount
The third adult staying in a room with 2 full-paying guests receives a 10% discount.
The single room supplement in a double room is 25.00 euros per night.
We are happy to prepare a special meal for young children on request. Anyone who would like to cook for themselves outside mealtimes is welcome to use our office kitchen.
Our cancellation conditions
A booking is considered secured once the offer has been confirmed by both the guest and the hotel and we have received a deposit of €200.00 within 7 days of the booking being made. We will, of course, confirm receipt of your deposit immediately.

CANCELLATION sounds annoying and unfortunately, it is – for all of us. It’s a shame when someone doesn’t arrive and the rooms remain empty, even though other guests would have liked to come. If you cancel before arrival, your deposit is not forfeited – you can use it for bookings or rebookings within the following 18 months. If you do not make a further booking, the deposit is forfeited in our favour.
The following cancellation policy applies.
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 70% of the package price will be charged.
- From 4 weeks before arrival, in the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the package price will be charged.
